ANDY GILMORE 5 AM - 9 AM ET
Andy's first taste of being on the air was on the campus station at Parsons College in 1967. From there, he went on to several small radio stations in Illinois, Tennessee and New England until arriving on Boston's waterfront at WJIB-FM 97. He considers his many years there as "the best radio gig of my 34-year career." Andy retired to the New Hampshire seacoast where he lives with his wife Marcia.

JOHN BARTEL 6 PM - 9 PM ET
After a lifetime living in the Northeast, John retired to Northern Georgia with his wife of 40 years. In addition to his weekend airshift, John writes, produces, and hosts "JIB Musical Notes" and a variety of other specialty features.

LARRY MOSSEY "AFTER HOURS"
Larry labored many years as a Beautiful Music announcer and he even wrote a book about it. His laid back delivery is ideal for late night radio listening. When his broadcast years ended, Larry transitioned to the world of newspapers and advertising. Mostly retired, he currently resides in upstate New York.

WARREN SCHROEGER "TROUBLEMAKER-IN-CHIEF"
9 AM - 12 PM ET
Warren is a native of Slobovia and speaks multiple languages, none fluently. His fear of microphones and creeping meatballism made him an unlikely candidate for a career in radio. Nevertheless, he spent a vewwy long time in the medium. He'd like to thank Jim Schulke, Marlin Taylor, and Phil Stout for preparing him to create JIB on the Web.

GENE GERRY 1 AM - 5 AM ET
In addition to serving as Operations Manager for a time, Gene holds the record for longest continuous appearance behind the WJIB-FM 97 microphone, a whopping 16 years. Still living in Eastern Massachusetts with his wife Lorraine, Gene's career spanned over 30 years in the Boston media market.

DICK WOOD
Dick is a familiar figure in broadcasting circles having spent decades in programming and management positions with a variety of syndicators and radio networks. He was one of the original voices heard on WJIB-FM 97 when the station signed on in 1967 and succeeded Marlin Taylor as Music Director. He is retired and lives in Western Massachusetts near his home town.

CLYDE CONANGLA 12 PM - 3 PM ET
Now retired, and enjoying life in North Carolina, Clyde spent 30 years in broadcasting mostly in television news, anchoring newscasts in major markets including Boston, Los Angeles and Minneapolis. His big start, however, was at WJIB-FM 97 as midday host. He always notes: "those years at JIB were some of the best and most enjoyable of my entire career."

DAVID McALARY 3 PM - 6 PM ET
David worked at WJIB-FM 97 while a student at Boston University in the late 1960s before a stint with Armed Forces Radio & TV and later a career at the Voice of America. He lives in Falls Church, VA, but his heart is still on the Boston waterfront.

KEN MELLGREN
As Operations Manager, Ken guided WJIB-FM 97 to a #1 station in the Boston market. His varied career took him to managerial positions at Metro Networks, Schulke Radio Productions, and the Associated Press. He lives in Suburban Washington, DC.

MARLIN TAYLOR CONSULTANT
Marlin is legendary in the world of Beautiful Music. His association with the genre began even before his appointment as WJIB-FM 97's first Music Director. He went on to create leading Beautiful Music stations around the country as head of Bonneville Broadcast Consultants. Comfortably retired, Marlin resides in Bucks County PA near his childhood home.
